Delete your Hermes account
In the app
Hermes Broker: open the menu, tap Delete account, confirm. The account is removed at once.
By email
Send the request from the email address of the account to privacy@erarta.ai. We delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Profile, sign-in, chat history and push tokens. Data that belongs to an organization (clients, reports) stays with the organization; if you own an organization with other members, transfer ownership first. An active paid subscription must be cancelled on the web (Billing) before deletion. Billing records are kept as required by law.
